Dr. Emily Borne is a board-certified pediatrician and founder of Mont Belvieu Pediatrics. Originally from Louisiana, she earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans before completing her pediatric residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She has been practicing pediatrics for nearly 10 years and has proudly called Mont Belvieu home since 2013.

Dr. Borne founded Mont Belvieu Pediatrics with a vision to improve access to compassionate, personalized pediatric care in the growing community she loves. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with families and creating an environment where children feel comfortable, parents feel supported, and care never feels rushed. Her professional interests include preventive medicine, overall wellness, nutrition, breastfeeding support, and educating families so parents feel confident and empowered in caring for their children.

Before opening Mont Belvieu Pediatrics, Dr. Borne spent years balancing pediatric practice with raising her young family—an experience that deepened her understanding of the joys and challenges of parenthood. Grounded in faith and community, she is committed to providing relationship-centered care rooted in trust, compassion, and small-town values.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Borne enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, serving in her church community, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
