Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients, including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents, and we look forward to welcoming your family to our practice. Please visit the insurance section of our website for a list of accepted insurance plans. Prior medical records can be transfereed to our office to help ensure continuity of care.
What days are you open?
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Friday from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.
We are a small, appointment-based practice, so hours may occasioanlly vary. If you have urgent medical conerns outside of office hours, please call our office and follow the instructions for after-hours care. We look forward to serving your family.
How do I make an appointment?
Please call our office to schedule an appointment. To ensure the best use of time, for both our clinicians and patients, all of our office visits are by appointment only.
Do you accept my health insurance?
We accept select major insurance plans. Please refer to our Insurance page for a current list of accepted carriers.
If your insurance plan is not listed, we offer a transparent self-pay option, and we also have a membership model available for families seeking a simplified, consistent care plan.

How do we contact the after hours doctor?
Our dedicated pediatric team is available 24/7 to provide pediatric after-hours urgent care. Call our office for urgent concerns.
We also encourage you to check our child health resources before calling for after-hours urgent care.
For non-urgent matters mild illness, scheduling appointments, or refilling medications, please call during regular office hours.

How often does my child need to be seen in the office?
Our routine well-child visits schedule follows the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines.
Do you require vaccines for new patients?
We strongly recommend childhood immunizations according to the AAP and CDC schedules, which are based on strong evidence for safety and effectiveness.
We know that families may have questions or may feel unsure about vaccines. We welcome those conversations and take time to listen and provide thoughtful, evidence-based guidance without judgement.
We do accept and care for children who are under-immunizaed or unvaccinated. Our goal is to partner with families over time, meet them where they are, and support the healthiest path forward for each child.
What immunizations will my child receive?
To help protect your child from many serious infectious diseases, we follow the immunization schedule recommended by The American Academy of Pediatrics. Please discuss your immunization questions and concerns with any of our pediatricians.
How do you keep our children safe from germs and infection?
Your child's health and comfort are our top priorities, and we work hard to keep our clinic a safe, clean space for your family.
- Dedicated Newborn Room: We have a separate room strictly for infants under 12 months. Newborns bypass the lobby and to straight to this protected zone.
- Minimizing Lobby Time: We strive to room families as quickly as possible, prioritizing sick and vulnerable patients to reduce exposure.
- Immediate Isolation: Patients arriving with highly congtagious symptoms are fast-tracted directed into isolated exam rooms.
- Cleaning: We disinfect exam rooms between every patient using EPA-approved cleaners. Staff clean high-touch surfaces in waiting room and throughout clinic multiple times per day.
- Staff Hygiene: Team members sanitize hands and wear protective gear before every patient interaction.
Can I meet my pediatrician before my baby is born?
Yes, in fact we strongly encourage parents-to-be to visit our office for a prenatal appointment. This is a great way to get acquainted with our office and our pediatricians. Visit our expecting parents page for more information.
I just gave birth. When should I schedule my baby's first doctor visit?
We recommend that your newborn be seen in our office 1-2 days after discharge from the hospital. Our staff understands the importance of this first visit and will make every effort to schedule this visit promptly.
Does your practice support breastfeeding mothers?
Yes! We are committed to supporting breastfeeding mothers and families throughout their infant feeding journey. We provide education, guidance, and encourgement while respecting each family's individual goals and needs.
For yor comfort, our office features a dedicated newborn and lactation room, offering a quiet private space for feeding, pumping, and newborn exams.
When will I receive lab or test results?
You will receive a call immediately with any lab results that require urgent attention. Other abnormal lab results will be addressed promptly by the clinician who ordered the labs or tests. Normal values are reviewed and addressed by the care provider who ordered them.
My child needs to see a specialist. What do I do?
For non-urgent referrals: Most referrals are completed and submitted directly to the specialist's office. Please schedule your appointment with the specialist after your referral has been submitted.
For urgent referrals: When one of our pediatricians or clinicians determines that you need an urgent referral, your referral will be initiated immediately. Please remain in our office while your referral is processed, then proceed to the specialist.
How do I obtain a prescription refill?
For medication refills, please ensure there are no refills available by calling your pharmacy. If there are no refills available, call our office and our team can assist you. We are dedicated to ensuring your child’s medications are available when needed.
